Thalia graduated from the University of Houston, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications, a minor in Global Business and a Certificate of Corporate Entrepreneurship. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. 

Thalia currently resides in Houston, Texas with her daughter.
